Main Responsibilities: Commodity management for corporate and Local organization.
Purchasing process management for Asian sourcing for OT Group in order to guarantee customer satisfaction by availability of the relevant components and services
Purchasing management for Commodity management as Integrated Circuit, Electronic modules, Plastic, Antenna and flexible circuit for corporate and fulfillment, MRO, spare parts, equipments.
Supplier’s strategy, Purchasing and sourcing management，supplier management, price management.
Implement key indicators for relevant suppliers on expenses, savings, OTD and quality
Make or buy analysis
Market survey and analysis
OCS commodity reporting
Data base management.
Reduce the purchase cost, shorting the lead time, increase the material on time delivery
Control the inventory level and reduce the material obsolescence
Organize the relevant reports and distribute on time
Keep good communication and cooperation with other department.
Obey company’s safety rules, keep security to the company’s commercial secrets

o Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above in electronics, semi-conductors
Working Experience
5 years or above purchasing practices in Semiconductor components or Electronics components with high volume
A silicon specialist with an strong experience in purchasing
Purchasing management, supplier management, manufacturing and quality control knowledge
ERP and PDM knowledge
Knowledge in strategy purchasing
Know-how in negotiation
Cost Consciousness and capacity of value analysis
Fluent oral and written English and Chinese
Skilled in computer, knowledge in IC, electronics and communicate products is in an advantage.
