Responsible for overall production management， manufacturing engineering and maintainence.

1.Review the production plan and monitor  the progress to make sure the order fulfillment on time
2.Based on demand plan, increase or reduce capacity and improve productivity such as line setup / machine budget / headcount budget / production floor layout
3.Review production report and monitor production, make sure production status is under control with quality and quantity
4.As team member to implement business system such as SAP/ERP and make sure its' implementation smoothly in department
5.Drive effective training for certification and muti skill direct labor
6.Drive lean concept and activity happened in production areas to meet company target.
7.Monitor production discipline /5S / Safety, maintain and improve comfortable environment for operators.
8.Take effective measure for OT control

Requirement
1.BS degree or above
2.Good command English speaker
3.10 or above production management experience
4.Strong leadership and execution capability
